On the ground floor, both buildings mirror each other's layout. The open-plan space houses a delightful living room, a chic dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Lounge in luxury with a 65’’ smart TV, a cozy fireplace, plush corner sofas, and direct access to the pool area. The state-of-the-art architecture amplifies the beauty, creating mirrored imagery through glass doors. The kitchen features a breakfast counter with stools, while the adjacent indoor dining area accommodates ten guests and opens up to an inviting BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining. An additional bedroom with a 43’’ smart TV, safe, and access to the BBQ area, along with a bathroom boasting a shower cabin, further enhance the ground floor's allure.
First Floor Bliss
Ascend to the first floor of each building to find three more sumptuous bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a 43’’ smart TV and a private balcony with a seating area and umbrella, while the second and third one offer a 32’’ smart TV and a balcony with breathtaking sea views and seating for four, providing an idyllic spot to relish sunsets. All bedrooms are furnished with luxurious 1.60 X 2.00 beds, top-notch mattresses, wardrobes, and individually controlled A/C. Another bathroom with a shower cabin, washer, and dryer completes this level, ensuring every convenience for your deluxe vacation.

Dia’s Blue Villa's outdoor area spans an impressive 400m2 and showcases an array of alluring facilities. A private 30 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.40 m deep, beckons for refreshing dips, accompanied by four sunbeds and four bean bags, where you can bask in the warmth of the Mediterranean sun. On the rear part of the villa, gas BBQ facilities and two shaded pergolas with outdoor dining tables for sixteen invite you to savor delightful family meals amidst nature's splendor. Revel in the security and privacy provided by the fully fenced property with a gated entrance.
